With a strong belief in quality customer service, Nick promotes continued development enabling the team to have a deeper understanding of client needs and concerns. Nick is proud of the team and attributes the company’s success to both them and their clients.

	With 29 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jeremy brings to Estate Insurance Group a polished insight into the intricate relationships between the City Insurers. As his experience ranges from Property Owners to large Industrial Risks Insurance, Jeremy appreciates the importance of catering to an individual client’s needs.

	As the longest serving member of the team, Paul is a useful point of contact for both our oldest clients and our newest employees. From coordinating renewals to handling new business, Paul helps to maintain Estate Insurance Group’s unique style of customer service.

	Team Leader / Account Manager
	Louise originally joined the team as Estate Insurance Group’s Office Manager. However, she quickly progressed to become one of the most trusted members of the team. Louise is now a well-versed broker handling a variety of large portfolios including those with properties abroad.
